SD Cares Housing Assistance

Applications will be reopening Feb 8, 2021! If you have been financially impacted due to COVID-19, the SD CARES Housing Assistance Program (SDCHAP) may be able to provide temporary rental, mortgage, or utility assistance.

The State of South Dakota in collaboration with the South Dakota Housing Development Authority, Helpline Center, Inter-Lakes Community Action Partnership, Lakota Funds, GROW South Dakota, Four Bands Community Fund, Codington County Welfare, Mazaska Owecaso Otipi Financial, NeighborWorks Dakota Home Resources and Pennington County Health and Human Services are making available CARES Act funding to assist South Dakota residents with housing expenses.
